Article: We are looking for an experienced Recruitment and HR Development Officer (M/F)
You will join the Human Resources Department on a permanent contract, reporting to the HR Development Manager. You will take charge of recruitment and integration processes. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integratingnew employees, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategy. You will ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and new hires, while actively contributing to the development of our recruitment policy and strengthening our Employer Brand.
Your future missions:
✔️ Support and advise managers and HRBPs in defining recruitment needs, ensuring compliance with internal procedures,
✔️ Write and distribute job offers on relevant platforms and organize candidate sourcing,
✔️ Anticipate recruitment needs by creating talent pools for each business area through active sourcing,
✔️ Manage the selection process: CV screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback, and following up on applications,
✔️ Lead and ensure the onboarding process to guarantee a quality integration,
✔️ Develop and implement Employer Brand actions to strengthen the company’s attractiveness,
✔️ Participate in deploying HR communication on professional social networks, in collaboration with the communications team,
✔️ Monitor and analyze recruitment performance indicators and suggest improvements.
Desired profile:
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment in a similar role, ideally with some experience in the transport sector(aviation, rail, etc.) or in the industrial sector.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have at least a B1 level in English (occasional communication with the group in Germany),
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of finding innovative solutions to meet recruitment goals, especially in complex sectors like rail.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, are agile in handling challenges, and have a solution-oriented approach that allows you to effectively tackle various challenges.

Type of contract: permanent, position available immediately
