We are looking for a Head of the Entity in charge of locomotive maintenance (M/W)

You are part of the maintenance department on a permanent basis, reporting to the Director of Maintenance.
You lead the ECM1 function in accordance with EU Regulation 779/2019, providing technical follow up in coordination with ECM2.
You also drive the continuous improvement of the Maintenance Management System and manage the leasing contracts for assets.

Your future missions:

ECM1 Responsibility: Supervision of the entity in charge of Maintenance:

✔️ Oversee the Maintenance Management System policy to ensure ECM compliance and maintenance operations effectiveness.
✔️ Ensure that maintenance operations comply with safety and reliability standards
✔️ Continuously deploy and improve ECM processes based on regulatory and organizational developments.
✔️ Supervise the retrofit projects of motor vehicles and the management of leasing contracts for maintenance assets.
✔️ Participate in the various meetings of the maintenance and Maintenance Directorate by providing a strategic and operational input.

ECM2 Support: Technical support for maintenance engineering:

✔️ Coordinate the team of locomotive maintenance engineers, ensuring the development of their skills.
✔️ Pilot ECM2 on technical subjects to improve the reliability of locomotives.
✔️ Analyze maintenance KPIs, identify optimization levers and propose corrective actions.

Profile searched:

• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the railway maintenance sector,
• You have a high school diploma with several experiences in the field of transport, ideally rail, or an engineering degree (or equivalent) with first significant experience in maintenance management, ECM regulation, asset leasing follow up
• You are familiar with the Office package, including Excel (TCD, search V) and PowerPoint (presentation).
• You have knowledge of the general maintenance of railway vehicles (maintenance plan, mode of operation, general procedures)
• You have a great ease in project management, combining autonomy, strength of proposal, organization and rigor.
• You are fluent in both written and oral English, with a minimum level of B2, which allows you to communicate effectively on technical elements.
• You know how to collaborate effectively with various interlocutors

Type of contract: permanent contract, position available immediately
